JigmetChorolI am from SharaI and was born on 5-5-1996 in the Leh district belonging to India. I joined in school in 2003 at the Government Model School located in my village.  I always used to go school by walking. During that time, I didn't know Hindi language. In 2005, I became a member of LNA. When I joined LNA the nun Namgyal Angmo taught me Hindi.

I became a nun because I like to learn about the Buddha and I want to help benefit all sentient beings. Through the support of LNA,  I  joined Chemtse Model School in 2007. There are 5 teachers and 40 students. I have 9 classmates. The teachers are experienced and taught us well. After 5th class from that school, I became a student of Lamdon Model School situated in Leh in 2009, which is an English Medium  school. There are five nuns with me from LNA at this school. In this school have teachers who are Tibetan and Ladakhi. But there are more Tibetan teachers than Ladakhi. Thank you to LNA for giving me the opportunity to go to this famous school and also to give me all things whatever I need and otherwise can't have. I will never forget LNA's kindness. I get so much support from LNA.              Thank you LNA.
